All the music was improvised by SETE on August 19, 20 & 21, 2016;
recorded and mixed by Carlo S. Tedeschi, and mastered by Daniele Cosmi.
We take the tribulations and pains of Job in the Old Testament as a metaphor for the condition of yesterday and today's workers (to us, having to do a job - any job - is evil, even if it's much worse not having one, and nowadays everyone - from the toilet cleaners to the top managers - is a slave in some sense, physical or moral, even slave to himself sometimes); we try to take the listener's mind on a imaginary travel through this "sad and beautiful world" we live and work in. Suggested reading: CONTRO IL LAVORO by the philosopher Giuseppe Rensi.
We suggest you hear the album as it was a double lp, with two tracks per side - except the longer track 5 wich is alone on the virtual side C. Do not listen to it as a whole the first time, it could be too much!
